For our newly starting global website in Tunisia, we are highly looking for a community manager that would be taking the role as soon as possible. We look for a motivated candidate capable of taking the following tasks:
– Identify brand targets on and understand their expectations. This research could go through a market study and possible surveys to better understand the targeted customers.
– In-depth Benchmark to position the brand against its competitors and thus highlight the points of differentiation,
– Development of a presence, influence and visibility strategy on social media. This action plan will have to define provisional objectives on the expected results,
– Implementing the strategy and steering the actions recommended to achieve the objectives set
– Measure of the actions and the campaigns carried out on the various social media invested,
