Backend database to existing WP site with Ninja Forms + Forminator ProPostée le 15/10/2020 chez vous
Jelber sell marketing-projects with marketing freelancers to companies – see https://jelber.dk/eng/. We need a database of freelancers. The users of the database = freelance marketing people
Problem to solve:
We have a website (jelber.dk), which has a form (https://jelber.dk/signup/) which is build with NinjaForms – but does not work properly since the users can not edit their own data and we can not present the users properly. We tried using Ninja forms and Forminator forms ... but something went wrong. So rigth now we have some forms you can see in the backend, but we do not send the emails and the login does not work
1. We need now to get a database/directory (or a view in Wordpress) of the freelancers signing up, where we can view them, export data and present data. We need a list of the users with all their data – and be able to export the data in csv.
2. The people signing up, needs to be able to edit their data. Today, the users (freelancers) can sign up using this form: https://jelber.dk/signup/ - where they get access to a form where they save their data. Today the users do not get a email with password and can not edit their data. Preferebly the users should get access to anything else than their own data, so the standard WP-backend should be limited to only giving accces to the data (maybe another form)
3. Presentation of user/freelancers: The freelancers must be presented like this example: https://jelber.dk/bo-b2b-ny/?fl_builder. You can see many other users in the backend of jelber - but they all made by me individually. We need a presentation to be made automatically when a freelancer is signing up (filling out the form). They also need to have a unique link (that we can share with our customers).
You can access to the WordPress-backend if you need this to further investigate the existing setup at jelber.dk
